🌾 A First Generation Nursery

At Goldberry Grove, we are still early in our nursery journey—grounded by deep roots yet excited to grow onward. Many of the plants we share remain in an experimental stage:

  • Under observation in trial plots
  • Nurtured in our propagation beds
  • Not yet available for sale

We welcome you to take a peek at what is budding on the horizon. Perhaps you have a plant suggestion or a vision for a rewilding project or homestead? We would be honored to hear your thoughts. We believe in collaborating on both modest and ambitious efforts to bring more perennial, native, and resilient plants into the world.

🌿 How We Grow

We follow regenerative and korean natural farming principles in every stage of cultivation. Each of our plants is:

  • Naturally grown on our own farm with mindful care
  • Never genetically modified, honoring the integrity of nature’s design
  • Fertilized only with JADAM organic fertilizer, and only when truly needed
  • Rooted without synthetic hormones, relying instead on patience, attention, and rich soil biology

We also employ specialized methods to encourage robust root growth:

  • Root Pouch fabric containers: breathable pots that naturally prune roots and promote a branching, healthy root system
  • Air-pruning beds for our bare-root stock: specialized raised beds where exposed roots naturally prune themselves when they reach the air

These practices foster stronger root systems, enhancing the plants’ resilience and transplant success.

🧑‍🌾 Why We Do This

This nursery grew from my own journey—an evolving life committed to health, ecological wisdom, and nurturing local abundance. I view each sapling as part of a larger relationship with the land. By tending these plants, I help cultivate hope for a healthier planet and stronger communities.

Through Goldberry Grove, my mission is to support others on their journey, whether you are planting a single tree in a backyard or stewarding ten acres of land. I believe that each garden can contribute to a resilient, abundant landscape. It is this shared vision that motivates my work.

Every plant I raise is grown with intention, care, and a bit of soul. Grown with care, and with soul.
